Smoked Python Crackers

As an end of the year splurge, and an early Christmas present, I ordered some interesting foods on-line. One of them was smoked python. The python is a light meat, has a slightly smoked flavor, and looks quite a bit like turkey roll.
It is relatively stiff and mild, not hugely flavorful. I've offered it to people at work and friends and family, and have only found a few people, those with a real fear of snakes,  that would not try it. I got several "sticks" of it
and found that it works real well on crackers.
Get some crackers, add cheese - I tried cotija as well as jack, then a slice of python and put them all together.
When Rachael and Nate were in Cambodia several years ago they ate python that some villagers had captured and killed. This was not anywhere near as daring or interesting, but it was fun to try.
